Project: Renovation of existing building, Interior Architecture
Consept:
A meeting space with focus on safety and social interactions between generations
The concept is based on covering the need for security, nature and a meeting point for people all ages. Activities and room distribution and atmosphere must be designed universally.
The project will be an open multi-generation culture house surrounded by a green landscape that connects history and future. The building will be inviting by offering social living spaces, food, activities, classroom activities and concerts. By opening the façade and inviting nature in, the building will be experienced as airy, bright and full of life.
The building’s basic structure is preserved and used in the new floor plan. Selected materials are used to create harmony and make the project more sustainable.
Oslo Norway
The final plan proposal on the 2nd floor involves the main entrance area, with a lift and stairs up to one mezzanine where it is possible to sit. It is also possible to sit on the stairs.
On the right-hand side of the entrance, there is an info desk where the visitor can get information. This area is separated from the seating area by a partition wall, light oak. A double-winged hinged door leads further into the building where a staircase leads directly to the 1st floor.

Industrial design meets sustainability. Orange meets blue. Young meet old. People meet people.
An industrial building becomes an industrial jungle where steel, wood and concrete meets plants and greenery. Orange in the upper floors and blue lower floors, harmonizes with each other as signal colors and meet in the middle. The main target groups are the elderly and children (5-13 years).
The focus on sustainability is reflected in the choice of materials and furniture. The “Big Green” building is an open community center and a meeting place for everyone in Etterstad, but also the rest of Oslo, to create a space for social interactions between several generations.

Humidity and moisture. Manipulation of geological soil to heighten soil moisture.
Milan Italy
The topic of this assignment is Water, which is why humidity was chosen as this assignments main focus.
The reason is mainly because Relative Humidity is an important factor in this city. Milan, as a low elevated city between mountains near the Mediterranean Sea, the humidity levels are high and the climate is categorised as a subtropical climate. Still, the city centre in it self is relatively flat, which lowers the natural shadows and the natural humidity in the air is evaporated by the sun.
The Synergy; Generating Increased Humidity by Amplifying the Geological Soil

Encouraging collaboration and interconnectedness through layered sharing, community, student housing.
The project redefines student housing through layered sharing, transforming existing buildings into a cohesive complex with private, semi-private, and public spaces.
From micro to macro levels, communal areas foster interaction, connected by bridges and balconies to promote unity. Ground-level spaces enhance socialization.
Our approach aims to create a dynamic environment fostering collaboration and belonging, revolutionizing communal living in student housing.
