Kiwi Fruit seed oil belongs to the category of powerful antioxidant foods that can be described as triglyceride oil that get extracted from Kiwi superfruit through physical or cold expression. The crude oil of kiwifruit seeds is often very dark brown in color which has characteristic smell or odour. To make this oil best suitable for the dietary or cosmetic purpose, it further get refined for yielding almost odourless and lighter colored final product. The main feature of kiwifruit seed oil is ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid), essential Omega-3 fatty acids and fruit seed lipids that is present in very high amount. It basically contains approximately 61% of ALA that is much more as compared to the other available conventional oils such as Hemp, Camelina, Flex and Walnut oil.
