ANAHEIM DUCKS PROSPECT REPORT - JAN. 9, 2025

SAN DIEGO GULLS (AHL) 10-18-5, 25 PTS.

NOTES:

SAN DIEGO has earned points in seven of its last eight contests at home (5-1-2).

SAM COLANGELO was named to the 2025 AHL All-Star Classic to be held Feb. 2-3 in Palm Desert, Calif. prior to being recalled by the Ducks Jan. 8. At the time of his recall, Colangelo led San Diego in scoring (13-9=22) and goals in 24 AHL games this season. He also led AHL rookies in goals and was tied for seventh in points.

SASHA PASTUJOV extended his point streak to three games (1-5=6) with a career-high four assist outing Jan. 8 vs. Iowa, tying his career-best set last season (3-1=4; Jan. 27, 2024 at Iowa). He has recorded points in eight of his last nine contests (4-8=12).

YEGOR SIDOROV ranks tied for fifth among active AHL rookies in goals (10) and tied for eighth in scoring (10-11=21). He currently leads all active San Diego skaters in goals and points.

JAN MYSAK currently has a career-long five-game point streak (4-3=7). He ranks third among active San Diego leaders in goals (8) and fifth in scoring (8-7=15).

CALLE CLANG ranks eighth among AHL netminders in saves (516). He stopped 38-of-39 shots to earn his eighth win on the campaign Jan. 8 vs. Iowa.

TULSA OILERS (ECHL) 18-11-3, 39 PTS.

NOTES:

TULSA has earned points in eight of its last 11 contests (6-3-2).

VYACHESLAV BUTEYETS posted his third shutout of the season, stopping all 28 shots Jan. 3 at Rapid City. Buteyets has posteed a 9-8-1 record with a 2.85 GAA and .902 SV% with Tulsa during 2024-25. He ranks tied for second among league leaders in shutouts (3).

NORTH AMERICAN PROSPECTS - JUNIOR

NOTES:

CAREY TERRANCE helped Team USA win back-to-back gold medals for the first time at the 2025 World Junior Championship in Ottawa. He made his second tournament appearance after helping the Americans earn gold at the 2024 WJC and scored two goals in seven contests. Terrance has recorded 14-12=26 points in 29 games with Erie this season.

VOJTECH PORT helped Czechia earn bronze at the tournament, recording four assists through seven games. Among WJC defensemen, Port ranked tied fourth in plus/minus (+4) and tied sixth in assists. He has posted 1-6=7 points through 28 games split between Lethbridge and Moose Jaw this season.

BECKETT SENNECKE ranks fifth among OHL leaders in goals (26), sixth in scoring (26-33=59), tied eighth in PPG (8) and 10th in assists (33). He leads the Generals in scoring and goals while ranking second in assists. Sennecke has 2-5=7 points his last two games, 5-10=15 his last seven and 11-18=29 his last 11.

ETHAN PROCYSZYN ranks tied second among OHL leaders in PPG (11) while ranking tied 11th in goals (21). He leads North Bay in scoring (21-15=36), goals and PPG.

ALEXANDRE BLAIS ranks ninth among QMJHL leaders in assists (27), 13th in scoring (14-27=41) and 12th with a +19 rating. He posted a season-high five point outing Jan. 3 at Victoriaville (2-3=5) and has 3-4=7 points his last two games.

NORTH AMERICAN PROSPECTS - NCAA

NOTES:

AUSTIN BYRNEVIK helped Team USA win gold at the 2025 World Junior Championship. He made his tournament debut, appearing in all seven contests for the Americans. Burnevik has recorded 9-7=16 points in 17 games with St. Cloud this season.

EUROPEAN PROSPECTS

NOTES:

LUCAS PETTERSSON was loaned to Ostersunds IK and recorded a hat trick in his first game back with the club Jan. 3 at Mora IK (3-0=3). Pettersson has combined 11-6=17 points through 42 games split between Ostersunds, Modo Hockey and Modo Hockey J20 this season.

DARELS ULJANSKIS made his second World Junior Championship appearance, earning one assist through five contests to help Latvia to the Quarter Final. Uljanskis returns to AIK’s junior team ranking tied for sixth among league defensemen in points (5-16=21) and assists, and is tied for 10th in goals.
