This piece was inspired by the book Regenerative Leadership: The DNA of LifeAffirming 21st Century Organizations (Giles Hutchins and Laura Storm) - chapter one “Time is Now”

We are in a time of immense disruption and transformation. The mechanistic, linear worldview is at odds with the complexity of nature and human systems. A regenerative model is needed to address the complexity of the 21st century.
