The main goal of the project is to build at a price-point that keeps the rental units affordable, to create a walkable neighborhood, and to design for a level of comfort and security that makes people want to move here and to stay long-term. The environmental impact in construction and operation is also a focal point in the project. Therefore, the structure of the units is prefab CLT panels that allow fast construction.

The project is a one-foor offce with an approximate area of 350m². The space was a combination of 3 standard offces purchased by the client to be designed into one dynamic space for their brand. The use of 663 custom CNC wood panels with a steel frame structure, was key in achieving the polygonal forms designed to separate the different interior spaces. The structure, given the limitations of transportation to the space on the 5th foor of a functioning building, had to be cut into modular pieces and assembled on site. The structure assembly and precision played an important role in the CNC panels to ft and skin the designed form.
The custom made stainless steel kitchen was fabricated in an artisanal workshop, which specializes in a welding technique for smooth flleted corners. Every detail was custom fabricated. The lighting details for each space were carefully thought out and incorporated into the furniture.
Main duties: Architectural design, Project Manager, Architectural drawings and blueprints in Revit Architecture, 3D Modeling, Construction Documents, Architectural supervision during construction

Architectural Design includes vegetation as the main design element that purifes the air and creates a singular sensation to the workers of the Bank. The transparency of mid-height partition elements allows natural light and cross ventilation to fow through the workstations without any visual blockings maintaining the world’s established distance of 6 feet between users.
The Offces are designed according to LEED specifcations to obtain a LEED v4 certifcation for Interior Design & Construction.
