Notes from the management team - our Directors Nicki and Tracey and our Manager Poonam: Welcome to Harvard Park Pre-School. Unfortunately, at the end of the last half term - Shalyna had to unexpected leave us due to a change in circumstances. We wish her all the best. We will have a new early years educator joining our team and her name is Lara. She will be introducing herself when she starts so make sure you say hello. A few reminders and notices for November: If there is something concerning you or you wish to have a catch up with your child’s keyworker about their development - please book in an appointment with your room leader and come in for a chat. We have uniform and bookbags for sale - if you are interested in purchasing any uniform or a book bags for your children - please speak to a member of staff and we will see what we have available. Uniform is handy to have as it protects your child’s daily clothes and it is one less thing to think about on your busy mornings or afternoons! If your child is due to go to reception class this year - You must start applying now and have until the 15th January 2023 to apply for Reception Class 2023: When can my child start school? | Primary School Admissions | London Borough of Hounslow follow the link to find out how and more information. Any child born between 01/09/2018 31/08/2019 - this applies to you! We are updating our policies and procedures - you will be receiving them once a month still however at some point when they have been finalised you will receive a full copy. They will also be available on our EyLog System and website, but we will inform you of this at the later date.

Date for December: On Friday 16th December we will be closing at 1:30pm as is the school. This means our afternoon session will be closed. We will work out how and where to swap sessions (as applicable).
Date for December: Our Party day will be on Thursday 15th December both in the morning and afternoon sessions. We will be putting a food list up for donations the last week on November.
Please ensure all coats, hats and gloves have your child’s initials in them so that they are not misplaced or go home in with the wrong person.
All coats must now be warm and thick to make sure all weathers are covered. Please ensure shoes are comfortable, fit well and are covered in i.e no crocs or sandals.
Please ensure all children’s nails are trimmed - this is to prevent accidents from happening to your child and others.
We will be closed on Monday 19th December for 2 weeks. We will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023! Friday 16th December - we are closing at 1:30pm. Birthday’s for the month of November: Children: Happy birthday to 3rd Uchechi, Fabian and Ava! Staff: We have no staff birthdays for November.
