Notes from the management team - our Directors Nicki and Tracey and our Manager Poonam: It’s December and it’s the last newsletter of 2022! Thank you for all of your co-operation and support this year and for those of you who were new to Harvard Park, thank you for choosing us to support your child’s education journey. We are looking forward to another exciting year filled with new opportunities for learning, development and Parent’s in Partnership’s! We have exciting news - Lucy who used to work for Harvard Park is coming back to join the team in December. We are looking forward to catching up and having you back. A few reminders and notes: If there is something concerning you or you wish to have a catch up with your child’s keyperson about their development - please book in an appointment with your room leader and come in for a chat. We have uniform and bookbags for sale - if you are interested in purchasing any uniform or a book bags for your children - please speak to a member of staff and we will see what we have available. Uniform is handy to have as it protects your child’s daily clothes and it is one less thing to think about on your busy mornings or afternoons! If your child is due to go to reception class this year - You have until the 15th January 2023 to apply for Reception Class 2023: When can my child start school? | Primary School Admissions | London Borough of Hounslow . Any child born between 01/09/2018 - 31/08/2019 - this applies to you! We are updating our policies and procedures - you will be receiving them once a month still however at some point when they have been finalised you will receive a full copy. They will also be available on our EyLog System and website, but we will inform you of this at the later date.

Our Party day will be on Thursday 15th December both in the morning and afternoon sessions. We will not be putting a food list up for donations this year!
On Friday 16th December we will be closing at 1:30pm as is the school. This means our afternoon session will be closed.
Please ensure all coats, hats and gloves have your child’s initials in them so that they are not misplaced or go home in with the wrong person. We cannot take and responsibility for items going missing or going home with the wrong family.
All coats must now be warm and thick to make sure all weathers are covered. Please ensure shoes are comfortable, fit well and are covered in i.e no crocs or sandals.
Please ensure all children’s nails are trimmed - this is to prevent accidents from happening to your child and others.
We will be closed on Monday 19th December for 2 weeks. We will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023!
