DESCRIPTION

Los silenciadores son utilizados para la reducción de ruidos en instalaciones de aire acondicionado o ventilación en diferentes sectores industriales. Dependiendo del sector y las condiciones de trabajo o el flujo de aire, el tipo de construcción y los materiales del silenciador se adaptan a dichas condiciones para dar el mejor servicio a un precio competitivo. En AMT normalmente utilizamos los silenciadores en instalaciones junto con ventiladores industriales centrífugos y axiales, pero también pueden instalarse en cualquier punto de la instalación donde sea necesario.

Silencers are used on ventilation or air conditioning systems of different industrial sectors for the noise reduction. Depending the sector and the working conditions or the air flow, construction type and the materials of the silencers make it adapt perfectly to this working conditions to offer the best service at a competitive price. Normally on AMT we use the silencer on facilities with centrifugal and axial industrial fans, but they could be installed too on another site of the installation where it is necessary.

Dependiendo del tamaño del silenciador o las condiciones de trabajo, AMT diferencia 2 tipos de construcción. Serie ligera y serie reforzada.

Depending the silencer size or working conditions, AMT distinguish two types of constructions, light series and reinforced series.

Los silenciadores pueden suministrarse con otro tipo de accesorios como por ejemplo: diferentes tipos de pies de apoyo (dependiendo de la posición de trabajo), rejillas anti pájaros, conductos, derivaciones, transformaciones de cambios de sección, sombreretes, codos, compensadores o fuelles elásticos, enderezadores de flujo, protecciones de entrada de agua en el silenciador cuando trabaja al intemperie, etc. (Consultar catálogos de accesorios de AMT).

Silencers could be offered with another type of accessories like: differents silencer support types (depending working positons), security grids, ducts, bypass, transition parts, Chinese hats, elbows, expansion joints, flow straighteners, roofs, etc. (View AMT accessories catalogue).

CARACTERÍSTICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS Dependiendo del tamaño del silenciador o las condiciones de trabajo, AMT diferencia 2 tipos de construcción. Serie ligera y serie reforzada.

Depending the silencer size or working conditions, AMT distinguishes two types of constructions, light series and reinforced series.

El cuerpo del silenciador consta de una envolvente exterior de chapa metálica, envolvente interior de chapa perforada y material acústico aislante protegido con fibra de vidrio. Las partes metálicas las hacemos en diferentes materiales en función de las especificaciones técnicas que demande el cliente.

El tipo de conexión puede hacerse con una brida estándar tipo DIN con cuello o simplemente atornillándolo al propio cuerpo del silenciador al que se le añaden unas tuercas insertadas en su interior.

The silencer body have an sheet metal outer shell, perforated metal inner shell and fiberglass protected acoustic insulation material. According to the technical specifications demanded by the client we make metal parts with different materials.

The type of connection can be made with standard DIN flange collar or simply screwing it to silencer body adding nuts inserted inside it.

El núcleo, en caso de que lo lleven, se realiza con una envolvente del mismo material de chapa perforada y el mismo aislante acústico protegido igualmente con fibra de vidrio.

Dependiendo de la aplicación y las necesidades, disponemos de varios acabados personalizables a cada aplicación.

The core, if it takes, is performed with the same material surround perforated plate and the same acoustic insulation also protected with fiberglass. Depending on the application and requirements, we have several customized to each application finishes.

La serie reforzada se diferencia fundamentalmente por un tipo de construcción más sólida mediante largueros longitudinales en forma de costilla, que le dan más rigidez al conjunto. Los espesores también pueden verse afectados, así como también la forma constructiva del núcleo.

The reinforced series differs fundamentally by a stronger type of construction by longitudinal stringers shaped rib, which give more rigidity to the set. The thicknesses may also be affected, as well as the constructive form of the core.
