
In order to make your departure as comfortable and convenient
as possible, we ask that you follow these steps:
1. Bag Pull: THERE WILL NOT BE A BAG PULL THIS YEAR!

If you choose to not utilize the bell staff, please bring your bags with you to the
2. Transfer to the Airport: You will depart the hotel from the group lobby.
Please check the grid for your hotel departure time. It is required you
depart the hotel at the time specified. Before getting on the transportation,
you must identify all of your luggage and make sure it is loaded on your transportation.
3. Check out of hotel: Please be sure to check-out at the hotel desk before 12
and settle any incidental charges to your room. You will be given a check-out ticket.
You must present this ticket to board your transportation to the airport.
If you request a late check-out, you will be responsible if a fee is involved.
4. Luggage at Airport: Please note that any checked luggage must
go through an additional USDA screening at the PUJ airport.
Note, you will clear customs at the first point of entry in the US. You will retrieve your luggage and take it back through screening (no additional fees are involved). If you have a connecting flight, you must go through TSA screening again.
