How to become an AMSA-Phil member organization?

Currently, AMSA-Phil has 23 Member Organizations but our FAMSA is always open for interested organizations to join our growing family!

Applying to become one of our members is not daunting. In this section, we will discuss the steps to get you started.

Application Process

Interested to join AMSA-Phil?

Yes

Send an email inquiry to the Internal Vice President

IVP will schedule an introductory meeting with prospective member

Interested

Orientation meeting with IVP and/or President regarding AMSA-Phil

Becomes an observer member of AMSA-Phil

When to send the letter of application?

1. Start of the first semester of an academic year: on or before the 7th of July 2. Two weeks after the end of the first semester of the said academic year

Requirements

Formal letter of intent to become an Observer Member addressed to the Internal Vice President

The letter must be sent via email to the Internal Vice President.

The email must also cc the SecretaryGeneral (official.amsaphil@gmail. com) and President (pres.amsaphil@ gmail.com)

Certification from any school administration officer (i.e. Dean, Assistant Dean, Office of Student Affairs) that you are a recognized organization of your institution

Updated organizational structure

List of Executive Board officers with curriculum vitae

Updated organizational constitution with version indicated

The updated list of official or resident student members

Powerpoint presentation of the application for Observer Organization membership
