Problems Statment:

Reviving El-MAX citizens' life. As a result of the regression of the environmental conditions, the health issues were piling up causing a decrease in the workers percentage which was also the reason of the regression of the economy leeding to the deterioration of social life.

Concept 1 Buildings consume huge amount of energy for cooling, heating, ventilation and lighting to create thermal comfort conditions. we can use passive design stategies. The most effective passive cooling strategy, is shading. Shading is a simple strategy to prevent the sun be before it can get into the building. Shading limits the colar radiation as it keep the building cool and effect the energy performancr for the building. so, the main idea is to use building facade to premit sun rays (the main source of heat energy for the building).
