It was back in1952 that 21 year old Erich Sennebogen established his own humble company making agricultural machinery in the small German town of Pilling. 50 years later his company has an extraordinary worldwide presence with a number of state of the art production facilities dotted around the globe, driven by international sales figures which would be the envy of any manufacturer. As for world firsts; in 1962 Sennebogen developed the first hydraulic excavator. This was followed in 1969 by the world’s first fully hydraulic rope excavator.
