Dissabte 11 de maig l’equip de vòlei Cadet A de la nostra escola va ser triat per jugar la Copa Territorial de vòlei cadet Van jugar contra el Torrelles (on van guanyar 3-1) i contra Sant
Cugat Sesgarrigues (on també van guanyar 3-1) Com a resultat van quedar CAMPIONS Volem felicitar als jugadors per jugar com ho han fet i també per la distinció ben merescuda
que van rebre com a equip amb més valors

El sábado 11 de mayo el equipo de vóley
Cadet A de nuestro colegio fue escogido para jugar la Copa Territorial de vóley cadete. Jugó contra el Torrelles (ganaron 3-1) y contra Sant Cugat Sesgarrigues (también ganaron 3-1). Como resultado quedaron CAMPEONES.
Queremos felicitar a los jugadores por jugar cómo lo han hecho y también por la distinción bien merecida que recibieron como equipo con más valores.

On Saturday May 11 the Cadet A volleyball team of our school was chosen to play the Cadet Volleyball Territorial Cup. They played against Torrelles (they won 3-1) and against Sant Cugat Sesgarrigues (they also won 3-1). As a result they were CHAMPIONS.
We want to congratulate the players for playing the way they did and also for the well deserved distinction they received as the team with more values.

TIME FOR MOMS AND DADS
A la darrera xerrada d'aquest any 2024, vam participar d'una interessant sessió centrada en estratègies d'“autorescat” per a mares i pares.
Juntament amb la coach, vam poder viure tècniques relacionades amb el nostre cos, llenguatge i emocions.
Això va permetre generar, entre les assistents, un espai vivencial acollidor i íntim.
En la última charla de este curso 2024, participamos de una interesante sesión centrada en estrategias de “autorescate” para madres y padres.
Juntamente con la coach, pudimos vivir técnicas relacionadas con nuestro cuerpo, lenguaje y emociones.
Esto permitió generar, entre las asistentes, un espacio vivencial acogedor e íntimo.
In the last talk of this 2024 course, we participated in an interesting session focused on “self-rescue” strategies for mothers and fathers.
Together with the coach, we were able to experience techniques related to our body, language and emotions.
This allowed us to generate, among the attendees, a cozy and intimate experiential space
