Ammud supports Jewish educators to thrive as teachers and leaders by providing coaching, introductions to mentors, and professional development so they can amplify their profiles, reach their dreams and potential, and share their Torah widely.

Ammud serves as a house of learning for Jews of Color to explore and engage with Torah and Jewish Life. Through this work, Ammud fosters connection and belonging by offering a safer space where Jews of Color can learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
Through its holistic wraparound services model that cultivates connections, belonging, and resources for its members, Ammud made 125 personal introductions in Fiscal Year 2025. Also, 1,212 Ammud members received personalized messages of well-wishes during Jewish holidays and spiritual nourishment during difficult times.
