Welcome from the Director of Co-Curricular Activities & Sport
At Amity, we're dedicated to enhancing holistic student development through our co-curricular program. Our refined approach, supported by our new CCA policy, recognizes exceptional dedication and values essential soft skills that extend beyond conventional curriculum-based activities.
Beyond classrooms, Amity provides a comprehensive education nurturing competencies like creativity, inquiry, leadership, and critical thinking. Co-curricular activities play a pivotal role in this, expanding horizons and cultivating these vital skills.
We go beyond passive engagement, empowering students with skills and confidence. Every student is encouraged and expected to participate actively, understanding the integral role of co-curricular activities in their growth journey.
Our program features a unique dual focus: Lower and Upper Primary students explore, while secondary students build portfolios. This equips them with essential 21st Century skills for success.
Enjoy and give of your very best!

Amity's Minerva Enrichment Programme embodies transformative education, fostering a passion for lifelong learning from Lower Primary to Secondary. By integrating advanced concepts and tailored Co-Curricular Activities, it nurtures curiosity and advanced thinking. The seamless link from Lower Primary through to Upper Primary and secondary is essential for the programme and we hope to see many pupils engage with this outstanding programme.
Marquee events celebrate student excellence, while the trinity of oracy, creativity, and inquiry shapes the program's core.

Open to all students, Minerva accepts Secondary applications from September 2nd to October 6th, 2023. It's not just a curriculum but a philosophy guiding Amity students to academic excellence and intellectual growth.
Throughout this booklet you will notice numerous clubs identified as ‘Minerva”. These targeted extension sessions are open to all and drive the passion for learning to the furthest and enhance pupils intellectual and holistic capabilities.
If you would like further information regarding Minerva, please email Mrs Morgan Whitfield at mwhitfield@amityabudhabi.ae

CCA Bus Service & Schoolsbuddy
CCA Bus Service
We are delighted to announce that the CCA bus will continue for the 2023-24 academic year. Please be aware that the CCA bus will commence on Monday 18th September. Parents must complete the survey sent separately to register.
Please note, this service is only available for existing bus users, and pupils in Years 3-13. The reason for this, is that CCAs happen during school curriculum time for FS1 to Year 2.
It is important to note, that this will be a reduced service with ‘near to door’ drop-off locations, as opposed to the full ‘door to door’ service, which departs school at 15.15.
Schoolsbuddy

I am pleased to inform you that Amity will continue to use SchoolsBuddy to manage our CCA programme. This system will enable you to sign-up your children for activities and provide a clear channel of communication, as well as a personalised weekly diary.
New to Amity
If you are new to Amity, you should have received an email, asking you to register your account and create an individual password. This will be followed by a confirmation email and instructions on how to download the SchoolsBuddy App.
Returning to Amity
If you were at Amity last academic year, you should already have a SchoolsBuddy account. If you have forgotten your login details, however, please click ‘Forgotten Password’ at the bottom of the login screen.
If you experience any difficulties using SchoolsBuddy, please use the ‘Support’ section in the top right corner of the screen. If you require further assistance, however, please contact clubs@amityabudhabi.ae.
