ue to the global pandemic from 2019 to 2021, people were forced to stay at home or in the residential compound for a prolonged period of time to comply with government restrictions Movement Control Orders also known as M.C.O. Thus the only interaction left is between the community of the residents, But unfortunately, most current residential development commonly lacks communal spaces or facilities to engage in human interactions due to high privacy and purposely strict floor access.

This may lead to the rise of mental health problems such as stress and depression which may result in an increased number of suicidal cases. Therefore, this residential apartment was developed and implemented with the concept of wellness from the early stage. Wellness is the state of being in good health in the three aspect; mentally, physically and spiritually
