A day of good food, drink and fun in the great outdoors! And this year we introduce our campout pub THE MONTY TAP, with live music from an X-FACTOR finalist!
Pizza Truck:
We have the fabulous Mamma Lourdes onsite from 5 - 8pm on Saturday, serving their delicious freshly made sourdough pizzas. Card only.
Please note that there will be vegetarian and vegan options, however due to cooking methods they are unable to offer a gluten free option.
BBQ:
This year we will also have a BBQ serving burgers and hot dogs from 5 - 8pm. Card or exact cash only.
Coffee Van & Breakfast
BBQ:
We will have a coffee van onsite from 7.30am10am on Sunday, serving hot drinks and a selection of pastries. We will also have a breakfast BBQ serving bacon butties and halloumi baps. Card only.
A range of informal and fun activities will be taking place on Saturday afternoon and evening:
Face-painting / Glitter tattoos:
From 3.30 - 6.30pm our face painters will be onsite.
Crafting & activities:
From 3.30 - 6.30pm we will also have our crafting zone set up for colouring, crafting and other fun!
Outdoor games & fun:
Please do bring your own outdoor games! There will be some informal games taking place for all to get involved with.
Sweet treats & popcorn stall:
This year we have a sweet treats stand from 4 - 7pm, offering a selection of sweet bags for sale, as well as freshly popped popcorn. Exact cash or card only.
SATURDAY:
3pm Start arriving to set up tents!

SUNDAY:
7.30 - 10am Coffee truck
7.30 - 8.30am Breakfast BBQ 11am Site closes
Toilets
Loos will be open in the sports hall and there will be additional portaloos near the pavilion. Please leave them how you would wish to find them!
Parking
Cars and camper vans will be able to park in the main car park.
Electricity
You won’t be able to access power onsite, so we suggest you bring portable chargers.
The site will open from 3pm on Saturday, to 11am on Sunday
Parents will be asked to have their kids in bed by 11pm on Saturday
Please pay for any purchase on card, or make sure you have exact cash - we will not have change onsite.
Families will be asked to take their rubbish home with them on Sunday. Bags can be provided for anyone who has forgotten one.
The event is weather-dependent, so will only go ahead if it’s dry. If it’s cancelled, the FOA will refund as much of the ticket cost as possible, minus any fixed costs.
This is a dog free event.
As well as your tent and bedding, don’t forget to bring:

There will be a trained First Aider onsite Saturday up to 10pm Fire
No smoking and no flames other than the fire pit
Parents are responsible for their own children at all times
We are a nut-free school
Restricted Areas
School buildings (except the sports hall loos), The Royal School woods and the Little Amesbury playgrounds are out of bounds.
