ST. PATRICK’S CATHEDRAL, NEW YORK, NY For over fifteen years, BCA has been the restoration consultant for St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the four structures on site. BCA surveyed all buildings and grounds, created measured drawings, performed materials testing, prepared construction documents, prepared applications to the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and monitored restoration during the construction phase.

MONTAUK POINT LIGHT, MONTAUK, NY BCA conducted a conditions assessment of the Montauk Lighthouse, which was constructed in 1796 for the U.S. government. It was the first lighthouse in New York State and it is still performing its intended maritime function. BCA performed materials testing and made recommendations for the conservation and long-term preservation of the historic lighthouse, which was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2012.
