AASCA HIGHSCHOOL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (Hs) Train Your Dragon 3.

Stuco members went to La Ceiba to represent AST in the AASCA High school

It was an incredible morning for our students!

Leadership Conference hosted by Mazapan School. This year’s leadership conference theme was “Start Small… Finish BIG!”. In this event our six students had the opportunity of networking with other STUCO leaders, focusing and experiencing new opportunities.

Conference ‘’panel de mujeres en steam’’ (gin club) Gin club girls attended a conference in UNITEC called ‘‘Panel de Mujeres en STEAM’’.

This talk promoted the participation of women in the careers of the future. The three panelists of the event were Ing. Elena Aguilera, Dra. Ivette Lorenzana, Mtr. Laura Bermudez and as moderator Ing. Karla Lagos. These four Honduran women are related and succesfull in the STEAM fields.

Alumni Corner Stephanie mourra(2016) Alumna Stephanie Mourra is a young writer who’s starting her journey through the world of books.

Graduating 2016 from AST, Stephanie is currently studying in Northeastern University.

Besides her studies, she has completed a co-op at Reebok/Adidas’ marketing division, and is now at Boston Laser, as their marketing, communications & PR assistant.

Stephanie’s biggest passion has been writing, ever since she was 13, and she’s now fulfilling that dream by publishing a few articles for Thought Catalog, and now releasing her first book A Poppy Rose.
