Are you planning an activity, conference, event, etc?
DEVO will help. In order to make sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, please do the following:
Your activity / event needs to be approved by your division´s Principal.
Principal’s approval Schoolwide
Any request for SCHOOLWIDE events must be submitted at least 2 MONTHS in advance via email to:
a. PS/ES Events: Ms. Sthefany Hasbun, Activities Coordinator shasbun@amschool.org
b. MS/HS Events: Mr. Carlos Corrales, Activities Coordinator, ccorrales@amschool org
Classroom, Grade or Division Request
Any classroom, grade or division events must be submitted 2 WEEKS in advance via email.

RESERVING A VENUE
Multipurpose Room
1 Go to the (MPR Calendar) and check to see if this venue is available If it is available, please email your division s activities coordinator to reserve the venue

Text or Caption
Write a text or caption of the event with all the information you want us to showcase (names, thank you, etc. )
Send the pictures and the text to Mr. Ricardo Frias via email or Whatsapp:

Approval
There are cases where, after sending your information, Ricardo will need further approval for the request

Post timing
There are multiple events happening around the school at the same time. Posts are sometimes scheduled (especially on social media) It is not guaranteed that posts will upload at the exact time they are sent.
Newsletter
Newsletters are sent once a month Please plan accordingly if you want to showcase an event
Help us spread the word: If a staff member, student, alumnus, or parent wants to join our social media, they can send a request to our IG account @ast news. They should also send a Direct Message (DM) stating their name and relationship to the school.
