Carmine Dulisse as President

In a press release issued on 8 May, 2023, PCCI, Inc. announced that Carmine Dulisse joined PCCI and assumed the office of President. Carmine most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Marine Spill Response Corporation where he led a spill response organization with more than 400 employees at more than 40 sites representing one of the largest oil spill response portfolios in the world. In addition to his spill response organizational and operational experience, Carmine brings to PCCI extensive experience in ocean fleet management, including ship chartering, marine safety, and marine casualty response management.

PCCI expects Mr. Dulisse’s innovative leadership and experience in safety, operations, change management, and business development will ensure PCCI continues to meet client expectation for quality and responsiveness as PCCI continues to grow.
