Faculty Spotlight MEET CAROLE F. HYSMITH, EdD A 22-year-plus tenure in education and development has given Carole the expertise to develop leaders, train individuals to be more assertive, and help all employees with career development. She has taught at several colleges and is currently an adjunct professor at Shorter College, Atlanta, Georgia. Carole is also certified in administering the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
