We designed the RZA500.2 amplifier to work in pairs when installed in the faring. That is why you can easily fit two of them side by side in Street Glide and Electra Glide fairings with plenty of room left over for your DSP without any modifications to the bike. 3 units fit in a Road Glide fairing.

Designed to Fit and to Perform

The RZA series amplifiers are stuffed full of Harley-specific performance features that just can’t be found on other amplifiers. All RZA series amplifiers feature a soft turn-on circuit so that you will not get the dreaded ignition pop. Wide range balanced differential signal inputs are used exclusively so that the amplifier works equally as well with factory radios or aftermarket radios. All Horns Are Not Created Equal

The RZ75H is by far the best-sounding compression horn for Harley applications. We designed this tweeter to have a much smoother and wider frequency response than all other horn designs. This is top-ofthe-line. The RZ75H shallow mount horns have a design that is like no other. The unique phase plug (point in the center), horn flare, and diaphragm are optimized to produce a sound quality that is superior to other horns on the market. These horns give you extreme volume levels and wonderful sound without being harsh and hissy like other horns. The RZ75H can be mounted directly in front of a 6.5” mid-woofer and not color the sound.

Live Concert Sound With an Authoritative Punch

The R65 Neo mid-woofers have a very distinct authoritative response that is much more aggressive than other speakers. Their wide phase coherent frequency range allows them to deliver a much more lively sound than what can usually be found on a bike.

The Velocity 8 DSP is so much more than just a DSP. It is also a full audio analyzer with both a radio signal RTA as well as an acoustic RTA. The radio signal RTA gives you an exact image of the signal your radio (audio source) is producing, which allows you to make adjustments to compensate for the response of your radio. The Velocity 8 also gives you 4 channels of radiospecific equalization so that you can account for the response of the radio without messing with your speaker specific equalization. This allows you to

make those critical adjustments and also allows you to see the result of those adjustments on screen before the signal even gets to the speaker equalizer section of the DSP.

PRO LEVEL COAX HORN SPEAKERS

The Velocity RZ65H speakers are a huge jump forward in tunability for pro-audiotype speakers on Harley baggers. We built the RZ65H speakers to sound better out of the box without the typical response issues of horn-loaded pro-audio-type speakers.

All 6x9s are not created equal

Velocity OverDrive 6x9s are the loudest and best-sounding 6x9s out there. These speakers have been designed to take full advantage of your saddlebags as enclosures. The bass response, punch, volume level, vocals, and high-end extension have all been optimized for use in Harley bags. The R690 woofers are specifically designed to couple to the RZ75H horn tweeters with minimal phase shift and no frequency gap. Deeper bass is achieved at high volume levels thanks to the R690’s extra-long voice coil.

The RZ69H coax horn 6x9s have been designed to deliver pro audio performance with far less tuning required than any other pro audio type speaker. They just sound great right out of the box.

Perfect the Connections

Serviceable connection points are often overlooked in bagger installations, but serviceable connection points are what makes an installation that can outlast the rest of the bike. When your bike needs mechanical service, the stereo system should not be tethered to the bike by a hundred wires. All Velocity wire harnesses feature extensive logical service disconnection points throughout the bike.

Made for the Long Haul

Because all of our wire harnesses are built and designed by installers that build these systems every day, you will find that Velocity wire harnesses don’t skip a beat. Do It Right

can be expanded to 5 external amplifiers. Everything plugs in and just works the way it is supposed to. Because we design our harnesses using our own bikes and our own high standards for fitment, you will find that our harnesses are all nicely tailored to the perfect lengths and that the connectors used are always appropriate for the pathway the harness needs to take in the bike and the conditions that the connection will have to endure. For example, we always use watertight connectors where there might be exposure to water. And we use Molex connectors for water-tight connections instead of cheap imitation

connectors because Molex-type connectors are rated for the temperature swings, vibration, and a high number of cycles. Cheap connectors are not

rated for any of that. There is a reason why Harley uses Molex connectors throughout the bike.

Above you can see a typical Velocity 8 system with eight channels and all of the correct speaker wire harnesses. There is a correct wire harness for every part of the bike.

Speaker Output Harnesses

SpeedWire speaker harnesses are available for both active and passive crossover systems. This gives you the flexibility to install a wide range of systems and makes upgrades clean and easy. All SpeedWire harnesses are 100% OFC wire and bundled in a compact black jacket that makes running the harness through the bike a breeze.

Radio T Harness Saves the Day

When you encounter a bike with more than 2 factory speakers the factory speaker wiring can be configured in any number of ways depending on the model and trim of the bike. The radio T harness makes everything simple though. When using the radio T harness, all bike models and trim levels can be wired the same way because the radio T harness gives you all four channels of the radio output and both front and rear factory speaker lines in one central location. For bikes that have factory amplifiers, you can choose to use an American Hard Bag amplifier bypass plug to retain use of the factory speaker lines to the speaker, or you can opt to run a new speaker wire harness to the speaker. Of course, with active systems, we always run new lines to each speaker because there are now two channels and four conductors going to each speaker location.

Power Pole Disconnect

Velocity fairing amplifier power kits come with a high-amperage power disconnect for service. This disconnect makes installing, diagnosing, and servicing the audio system much easier.
