8. All fire-rated door must have auto-closer and other accessories approved by bomba.

9. All bomba items installed such as 'keluar' signages, emergency lights, fire rated doors, fire alarms, electrical conduits and fire rated brickworks (cement sand) must be approved by bomba and supported by documents 'blanket certificate' form c1, c2, & c3 during construction 10.All ground floor areas and wet floor areas must be constructed completed with approved water proofing membrance and must be laid up to a minimum 300mm high respectively. need, standard brochure or cataloge must be provided for approval prior to commencement of work on site.

11.Termite or pest control treatments shall be applied to all new and rehabilitation works by way of pre - or post - construction methods respectively to cover minimum areas of all ground floor areas inclusive of all aprons, porches, terraces, yards plus min. area of 1000mm wide surrounding the buildings. the work must be certified to cover minimum period of warranty of 2 years from the last treated area.

12.Internal electrical wiring for bungalows, commercial building, offices shall be in 3 phase wiring inclusive metering, switches, fuse box etc. in complience with tnb approval which shall be applied through contractor's licenced electrician.
