Transformation Accelerator Launch Tr3dent is a software company based in Ireland that provides SaaS solutions for companies in the area of strategic business planning.

Need The company needed assistance with their brand visual identity, UI and UX components of their product, Transformation Accelerator.

Solution We joined their Transformation Accelerator project with primary responsibility for UX/UI and front-end development (Angular JS). In addition, we played an active role collaborating across all project areas and took an active role in the daily scrum meetings where back-end met marketing, product development, frontend, and design.

Effect The feedback received from the user database about the UI has been extremely positive. The client works with very large enterprises and very demanding users, so was important for us to meet the standards they were expecting. The UI designs and usability significantly increased customer satisfaction, and the feedback from surveys reveals that the product meets their needs in a very positive way.

Online Order Platform for Events Bimbo is an international company and a benchmark in the local market food industry. The brand is well-known for their variety of products that go from any kind of bread to sweet treats.

Need To offer a new B2C service so customers from Montevideo could comfortably buy all their bakery and confectionery products, both by unit and quantity.

Solution We created a spin-off brand and developed a new e-commerce site so Bimbo and related companies products could be easily purchased online. The brand focus was aimed to offer the products for events and special occasions, therefore the idea of celebration, gathering, and joy was something reflected in the overall visual identity. At the same time, their website was conceived with a great emphasis on the user, with a thoughtful content hierarchy strategy to wipe distractions away and assure an easier customer experience when planning their purchase.

Effect The brand was recently launched with a satisfactory acceptance from the target audience. Bimbo demonstrated an interest in reproducing this project in other countries. The service is currently on hold waiting for regulations with local commerce institutions– Effect coming soon!

Premium Ayurvedic Holistic Solutions YouVeda is a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy body and mind, through a fusion of botanical and herbal extracts, Ayurvedic medicine, learning, and modern technology.

Need They were looking for a design and technology partner who could help them in shaping up their vision and build the foundation for their brand and product launch.

Solution We developed a brand strategy and identity that reflects their products organic and natural features, while also reflecting the modern digital integration with consumers lifestyle. Once the brand was complete we developed multiple touchpoints in the customer journey including product packaging, website development, mobile application, as well as social media strategy and execution.

Effect The dynamic branding efforts elicit an emotional attachment that resonates with customers on their website store and Amazon store. An improved overall web experience with an impactful design, clearer message and further material and information about the company, products, content, service certification and testing processes.

Securing Land Rights Landesa is an international organization dedicated to ensuring rural workers from low resources countries can get legal rights from the land they work on, and as a consequence, increase the education, nutrition, and literacy levels.

Need Website re-structure and UI re-design to achieve a clear target: A fluid navigation for users with slow connections in every corner of the world. By being a worldwide working organization, and mostly in developing countries, it was important to let an easy access and quality experience to those users with a limited connection.

Solution With this project, Ameba had the challenge of taking Landesa's identity and re-imagine their branding assets to meet and hierarchize content for a more fluid reading of the information. For the optimization, all the information was properly re-structured, and imagery was compressed and some of them converted to user-friendly formats. The file delivery was optimized depending on visitors' devices, controlling server response to adjusting the file load of graphic elements to each device.

Effect The website loading time was drastically reduced (98%) in Europe and performance enhanced from a score of 61/100 points to 96/100 points. The average loading time in other parts of the world such as Brazil, Africa, Asia and Australia was also reduced a 90%, passing from 50 seconds to only 5 seconds.
