REVEREND DR. FELICIA INGRAM

The Rev. Dr. Felicia Ingram preached her initial sermon at Brown Chapel AME Church in Union City, TN, under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. Janie Dowdy-Dandridge in February 2018 and was licensed to preach by Presiding Elder C. Robert Finch.

Dr. Ingram was ordained an Itinerant Deacon by Bishop Jeffrey N. Leath on October 12, 2019, and appointed Pastor of Mt Olive AME Church in Millington, TN. On April 11, 2021, Bishop Jeffrey N. Leath appointed Rev. Ingram to New Greater Bethel AME Church in Jackson, TN, where she continues to serve with a glad heart. Bishop E. Anne Henning Byfield ordained Rev. Dr. Ingram an Itinerant Elder in the West TN Annual Conference on October 8, 2022.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of TN Health Science Center in 1995. She went on to complete her postgraduate degree in 2007 at A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ, obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has recently transitioned from 26 years of clinical practice as a physical therapist to now serving as the Program Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Jackson State Community College. And she is proud to announce that on May 6, 2022 she obtained her Master of Divinity from Payne Theological Seminary, where she graduated summa cum laude as the valedictorian of her class.

Rev. Dr. Ingram is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Breanna Jordan (married to son-in-law, Tavaris) and Lauren Ingram. She is excited about what God has done and will do. She desires to see people saved and healed spiritually as well as physically. One of her favorite scriptures is Galatians 2:20 “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me. ”
