Refund policy

Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable unless your space can be taken by a reserve rider or on medical grounds which will see you out for the entire season. Please note once one round has taken place the registration fee is non-refundable.

Entry Fee

A refund will only be issued when a medical note is provided to info@npcpromx.co.uk by 5pm on the Monday of the event. After this time no refund will be given.

Tracks

Due to the venues for the Championship being on military grounds, changes may occur throughout the season due to no fault of the promoters. Due to having the use of such fantastic venues, we are left to the potential of the military of wanting to use the land for training purposes at short notice.
