With a diverse background spanning various commercial sectors and regions across the United States, from restaurants to mixeduse developments, Kayla has consistently demonstrated her expertise and leadership. Kayla brings a unique operational advantage & insight to assist clients’ ideas come to life.

In her current role, Kayla is responsible for leading business development efforts, fostering external stakeholder relationships, and overseeing both financial strategy and comprehensive marketing strategies. Through her multifaceted responsibilities, Kayla drives AmCon’s growth and success, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the construction industry.
PATRICK COBURN, JR. Chief Operating Officer
Patrick Coburn, Jr., Chief Operating Officer at AmCon, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience to the construction industry. With a well-established reputation and a diverse background in various roles, Patrick now directs his expertise toward guiding and managing all facets of firm operations, encompassing project execution and communications, preconstruction efforts, construction operations, and people and culture oversight.
Patrick’s unwavering focus on project execution and client satisfaction reinforces AmCon’s dedication to delivering outstanding results in the construction industry.
