21 NEWS COCA-COLA ENTERPRISES, INC. EXECUTIVES PARTNER WITH THE OVERTOWN YOUTH CENTER AND SHOW COMMUNITY SUPPORT 1

MARCH 1, 2010 | As Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE) hosted its 2010 leadership meeting, the company’s top 200 global executives took a break from business to give back to the local community. CCE’s leaders participated in a variety of cleanup and beautification projects in the City of Miami’s Overtown area. Employees and volunteers painted murals, built furniture and refurbished play and gathering rooms at the Overtown Youth Center (OYC). Additionally, they enhanced the center’s landscaping and participated in a special Healthy Living Fair, organized especially for the children and staff at the OYC. At the same time, other members of the CCE leadership team worked with Miami-based Roots in the City, Inc., to transform an empty corner lot into a new community garden. With help from this local non-profit organization, CCE provided the Overtown area with a lush garden to be enjoyed by all local residents. Coca-Cola Enterprises devoted approximately 1,000 man-hours at the Overtown Youth Center and Roots in the City, Inc. Overall, CCE donated more than $60,000 of goods and supplies in support of the above efforts, and for additional projects that benefit both programs. “At Coca-Cola Enterprises, an important aspect of CRS is building strong, vibrant communities,” said John Brock, president and CEO, Coca-Cola Enterprises. “By doing our part to enhance the beauty of a local community where we do business, or help groups like the Overtown Youth Center continue their positive impact on Miami’s youth, we have the opportunity to further serve the local communities who are so supportive of our company.” “On behalf of the Overtown Youth Center, we are honored and grateful for the support of Coca-Cola Enterprises,” said Carla Penn, Executive Director. “Their employees’ hard work on our behalf this week, and their ongoing support of our center will make a lasting impression on our children and our community.” Once more, we thank Coca-Cola Enterprises for selecting our Center and our community. We appreciate the hard work and efforts demonstrated by all. CASUAL FOR A CAUSE MARCH 29, 2010 | Zo’s Fund for Life benefited from Premier Beverage’s recent “Jeans Day” at work where associates made a donation to the program in order to wear jeans to the office. Premier was inspired to spearhead the fundraiser after their Director of Marketing for the State of Florida, Edward Marsch, donated his kidney to his daughter after she was diagnosed with the same kidney disease that sidelined Alonzo, Focal Segmental Glomerularsclerosis. We are grateful to Premier Beverage and its employees for supporting our mission. Moreover, we wish the Marsch Family continued health.
