After being on the board of directors for 8 years, and now the last three years being President, it has been a real pleasure and an honor to serve our members and Guatemala in many different ways. We will continue doing so for many years to come. Guatemala is a very diverse country, very rich in resources, qualified people, great schools and universities, and beautiful sites. Visiting or living in Guatemala, doing business here is a fantastic experience. I have been living here for 18 years, married a Guatemalan Lady, made many good friends, I’m not going anywhere else. Guatemala offers many advantages, Free Trade Agreements with United States, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Europe, Taiwan to name most. The United States is our largest trading partner, both in imports and exports.

It was founded in 1967 to encourage business relations between Guatemala and the United States of America.
