Currently, I am a Part 1 architectural assistant, working mainly on commerical projects. I am very interested in how the stories and marks of a city can influence identity and a sense of place. I want to expand my skills through working on other projects, particularly in the public sector.

05 / 2021 - 06 / 2o21 | Volunteering at RISE Learning Zone, Nottingham

I took part in the design and construction of an outdoor therapeutic classroom space for the use of the students and staff at the RISE Learning Zone in Nottingham, I learnt first-hand various construction techniques and sustainability practices.

10 / 2019 - 07 / 2022 University of Nottingham

I have been a student of two different studio groups, the design + build studio unit in Y2 and a narrative based unit in Y3 allowing me to gain experience in different methods of design. I gained a knowledge in both sustainability, construction, and also in how architecture can be designed through story and narrative. I felt I have gained a breadth of knowledge from this exeprience.
