BLA | University of Georgia

As far as I can remember, I’ve always felt drawn to the arts. From being voted “most artistic” in preschool to now pursuing a degree in landscape architecture, art and design have never left my mind. My passion for art combined with my love for the natural environment and interest in the problem-solving of engineering lead me to discover the landscape architecture profession, Since beginning my classes at the University of Georgia, I’ve found a specific interest in urban design and the re-imagining of public spaces. I aspire to bring the arts into urban and rural areas alike, and I hope to inspire others the way artists have inspired me my whole life.

La Vista Di Forte Del Girifalco

Artist Outreach

Summer 2023 | Cortona, Italy

In the little Tuscan town of Cortona, Italy, the Girifalco Fort sits atop a steep hill which provides the most incredible view of the Italian landscape. This design was created with the input of local artists in town to decipher what parts of Cortona should display more artwork. After speaking with a local jeweler, I decided upon the fort per their suggestion. Blending cohesively with the historic features surrounding it, The Vista is a plan to make the iconic fort more inviting and accessible for all its visitors.

Watercolor, Adobe Photoshop

One of the main goals of this project was to design a space not only for displaying art, but for creating it as well. The circular wall that encases The Vista lowers to sitting height on the west end towards the church so that artists and tourists alike can sit upon the ledge and admire the vast Tuscan landscape. It is here where you can get the absolute best view in all of Cortona,

The hillside of the fort is covered in gorgeous native wildflowers and shrubs that bloom their fullest during the summer. There is a vague trail that visitors can trek through, but it is a wildly overgrown desire line that ironically leaves much to be desired, My plan for the site includes a cleared trail with informative signage for tourists and locals alike to enjoy on their stroll while simultaneously learning about the native species of Tuscany.

Multi-use Community Design

Spring 2023 | Griffin, GA Team Collaboration

Griffin, Georgia is both a hub for major blockbuster production and a home to the Griffin-Spalding Airport. This design aims to reinvent the airport to include film studios and multi-use development as requested by the client while still maintaining the original development’s charm. The site spans over 100 acres, and its predominately flat topography makes it ideal for development. Designed with the input and feedback of Griffin officials, Volans (meaning “flying” in Latin) is a unique development that provides housing, retail, recreation, and offices to both its residents and visitors alike

Urban Development

Fall 2023 | James City County, VA

In James City County, Virginia, there is a 4,200 acre treasure of wildlife, vegetation, and streams that borders the York River. With 70% of the site being dedicated to conservation, Ebb Tides prioritizes the needs of the environment while also providing the essentials for its residents. From the inland entrance to the riverside, Ebb Tides models community, connection, and conservation.

Senior Capstone Studio Spring 2025 | Athens, GA

For my final studio assignment of undergrad, I was tasked with redesigning a park in Athens, GA with strong consideration for the area’s future. I worked with a group of peers to analyze the current site conditions, and I worked with one partner to create a comprehensive plan for the “next steps” towards a newer, more

The White Residence

Residential Design

Fall 2022 | Athens, GA

The White Residence is a residential project that served as my introduction to planting design. The whimsical form of the yard’s meandering path creates a dynamic shape that continues across the front. The autumnal colors helped express the initial design concept and were later supplemented by additional color diagrams that depict the vibrant hues of the foliage year-round,.
