Situated at the heart of the island, the main Clubhouse offers indoor and outdoor spaces to suit every mood and occasion. Just steps from the building, the pool area - backed by verdant greenery - has three separate lounging salas and is flanked by oversized daybeds making it the perfect location for hosting pre-dinner cocktails as day turns to dusk. Meanwhile, inside, open-plan spaces offer a blank canvas for realizing your vision, with classic Filipino-inspired architecture providing a welcoming sense of place, ideal for hosting elegant group dinners.

A multi-functional space that can be as formal or as relaxed as needed, the Dining Room and Bar of the West Villa Clubhouse can be utilised as a breakout room, casual meeting space or relaxed networking spot, while its large Conference Room can seat up to 30 for team building or training.

The expansive Lobby provides a blank canvas to be used for larger events or cocktail receptions. The area opens out onto the pool, where outdoor dining and events can be arranged, with décor to match the occasion - from floating lanterns to themed tableware.

The Picnic Grove

The Picnic Grove is one of the island's most exceptional outdoor locations, providing a unique, relaxed atmosphere just moments from the beach. With its own dedicated food and beverage team and outdoor kitchen, the venue is ideal for breezy private lunches by day, or cocktail events by night when lights, lanterns and the canopy of stars overheard create an altogether exceptional experience.

The beach is perhaps, unsurprisingly, Amanpulo’s most popular venue due to the island's spectacular stretch of white sand. Providing an unforgettable and emotive experience whatever the occasion, the endless horizon provides an ever-changing backdrop as day turns to dusk.

For groups occupying the island exclusively, the beach offers endless opportunities to entertain with toes-in-thesand, while for smaller gatherings, a private location can be identified by the resort's dedicated team, based on the number of guests and timing of the event.

Exclusive Use of Amanpulo

With its own unique character, intimate spaces, limited number of rooms and intuitive personalised service, Amanpulo provides the perfect opportunity for guests to take the entire resort as an exclusive venue for a special occasion of corporate retreat. Events that occupy our 42 Casitas and 18 Villas are considered full resort buyouts, granting supreme privacy and island exclusivity. Buyouts are subject to availability.

Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions

Amanpulo’s spectacular setting, unique architecture and natural surroundings mean that almost every turn reveals yet another space suitable for exchanging or renewing vows. Ceremonies can be held on the island’s pristine shores against the azure horizon, perched cliff-side with panoramic views, or across the pier for a grand affair to remember. For smaller groups, the grotto at sunrise or sunset is both intimate and secluded.

To officially say ‘I do’ at Amanpulo, couples must process the required government documents in their area of residence. For Catholic weddings, Amanpulo can assist in making arrangements for the Parish priest of Agutaya, a neighbouring island, to officiate the marriage.

After the ceremony comes the celebration with a choice of a wedding banquet surrounded by the beautiful interiors of the resort’s indoor venues or outside in a range of venues, with the island’s breathtaking landscape as a backdrop.

For non buy-out weddings, exact beach-front location will depend on the number of persons and set-up requirements. Please note that privatization fees will be applicable, based on the event timing and number of attendees. Additional charges may apply depending on flower selection and availability. A base fee of USD 70++ applies for ceremonies styled by the client's third-party event stylist. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government tax(where applicable).

Wedding Blessings

To officially say ‘I do’ at Amanpulo, couples must process the required government documents in their area of residence, however for those who seek a more informal exchange or renewal of vows, a wedding blessing is a memorable alternative. It is encouraged that couples are either legally married before, or have their legal marriage after their wedding blessing at Amanpulo to formalise proceedings.

A wedding blessing is a non-binding but poetic ceremony officiated by a Filipino wedding officer, and is a symbol and celebration of mutual commitment between couples.

Amanpulo celebrates the conviviality and warmth of traditional family dining with a seasonal, sociable and sustainable focus. Serving exquisite local and international cuisines to suit the preferences of every guest, produce is sourced from the resort’s own organic farm or plucked fresh from the sea. Certain aspects of an event require specialist services and Aman works with trusted professionals in every destination who are known for their expertise. Our preferred photographers and videographers are some of the best in their fields, while our recommended florists will design decorations from bouquets and buttonholes, to table centrepieces and stands, in line with individual tastes.

A crucial aspect of any event, the music and entertainment can be specially curated to contribute to the uniqueness of the celebration. Each Aman is part of its cultural setting and the resort can organise for local musicians to perform traditional music. Dance performances and entertainment or cultural demonstrations can be arranged, reflecting on the destination while classical and contemporary options are also covered, with a selection of recommended string quartets, soloists, bands and DJs.

Accommodation

Ensconced within tropical scenery are Amanpulo's 42 Casitas and 18 Villas. Scattered across the island, each Casita fulfills the promise of a solitary hideaway. Treetop and Hillside Casitas are discreetly integrated into high land with Treetop Pool Casitas featuring their very own luxurious plunge pools. Deluxe Hillside Casitas offer panoramic views of the sea while Beach Casitas rest just moments from the sand, with Beach Pool Casitas featuring their own private pools overlooking the water.

Tucked in pockets of privacy along the beach, the resort's Villas are imbued with a generosity of space and designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom Villas sit on expansive estates with private pools and spacious living and dining pavilions at the heart of the complex. All Villa stays are enhanced by the service of a dedicated butler and chef.

Adventures on Water

A visit to the Sea Sports Hut reveals a plethora of water sports equipment with expert guides that may assist or for independent exploration.

Paddle across the sea on clear bottom kayaks, stand up paddle boards, or Schiller bikes. Navigate the waters powered by the wind onboard a Hobie Cat or enjoy a private boat tour to visit well-loved snorkelling spots, swim with turtles or learn traditional Filipino bottom fishing.

Beginner and advanced-level scuba divers are welcome at Amanpulo's PADI Dive Centre where the experienced guides can find a suitable course. When the beloved winds of the Amihan begin to blow kite surf season begins and the Kite and Surf Centre opens to novices and skilled wind thrill-seekers alike for an invigorating experience.
