TERMS OF BUSINESS Please read these terms carefully before making your booking and retain a copy for future reference. Your reservation is secured ONLY upon receipt of the completed application form and a deposit (see below) or full payment. Payment
Payment for courses should be made by BACS or CHAPS direct payment, cheque or credit/debit card (which carries a 2% processing charge) and made payable to “Amanda Hamilton Ltd”.
To make a reservation you can either pay 50% deposit or the full course fees.
Full payment for both the course and exam fees is required 21 days prior to the start date of the course.
Cancellations and amendments
You have the right to cancel bookings up to 7 days from the day after the initial payment is made for the course. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other holidays.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Amanda Hamilton Ltd by hand, post, fax or email, at the address, fax or email address shown below.
Once you have notified Amanda Hamilton Ltd that you are cancelling the booking you will receive a refund within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
If you wish to cancel your place on a course after the 7 day expiry date you must send written notice of your cancellation to Amanda Hamilton Ltd. The following cancellation charges apply: Number of clear days

The date of receipt by Amanda Hamilton Ltd of written notice of your cancellation will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
Amanda Hamilton Ltd will issue a credit note in respect of any course cancellation by you within 5 working days of receipt of your notice of cancellation (less any cancellation charges) which can be utilised against another course within 9 months from the date of the course to which the cancellation applies.

Transferral to another course can be made by agreement with Amanda Hamilton Ltd and an administration fee of £75.00 will be charged.
Amanda Hamilton Ltd reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the course with reasonable notice, due to low enrolment or any other reason. Amanda Hamilton Ltd is not liable for any costs due to the cancellation of any course event.
Assessment agreement and retake fees
Amanda Hamilton Ltd will give you 18 months to complete your course.
After this period of time, if you wish to be assessed, you will be required to reregister and pay your VTCT exam fees again.
If VTCT has in that time made any changes to the qualification you may need to have additional input for which there will be a charge.
If you refer your nutrition practical assessment or you are absent on the assessment day there is a re-take fee of £50.00.
Medical Certification and Waiver By signing the Medical Certification and Waiver below you acknowledge that you have no medical illness or condition, which would render your participation in the relevant course hazardous to your health or the health of others.
