USER INTERFACES A user interface (UI) is the method in which a user communicates with a product, determining how commands are given and how information is displayed. UI decides the overall user experience while interacting with a brand. This is important because it doesn’t matter how great a brand is, or how good it’s products are, bad user interfaces lead to a decline in sales.

EMAIL DESIGN Email template created for SAVA to send out email communications to existing and potential customers through their Mailchimp account.


CONTENT PRODUCTION Content production is the way in which a brand communicates its message, leading indirectly to revenue. This includes channels such as digital and print media, applications and the internet. Positive content creates positive brand messages that aim to speak to a customer and modify their belief that they require the product in some way. A brand with no content is like a clothes shop with no mannequins.

BRANDING Branding is a set of marketing and communication methods that help to distinguish a company from its competitors and create a lasting impression in the minds of their customers. The key components that form a brand’s toolbox include a brand’s identity, brand communication and brand awareness. It is important that the brand’s ‘tone’ is consistently communicated, carrying the same message through all channels.
