42 Below Passion fruit vodka and vanilla schnapps mixed with fresh passion fruit and half and half. Served tall over crushed ice and given a Passoã float. Band Camp £8.50

And this one time, at band camp we made a drink with cherry infused Jim Beam Red Stag, bubblegum syrup, apple juice, lemon, LAB vanilla sugar, bitters and Suze, served tall with a Cherry Heering float and married with a toasted marshmallow.

Craize for Fraize £8.00

A tall, glamorous serving of Beefeater 24 gin, Aperol and fresh raspberries with a touch of lemon and sugar, given the Soho sparkle with a splash of fizz.

A summer fruit cup given a LAB twist. Strawberry, passion fruit, LAB vanilla sugar, mint, Stoli Ohranj vodka and Aperol laced with prosecco. Served frappé.

Stoli vodka, blue curacao, lemon juice, Kola Tonic, and raspberry syrup are mixed together over crush ice and crowned with Passoã.

Stoli Razberi, strawberry liqueur and fresh strawberries are perfectly complimented by balsamic vinegar and a splash of bubbles. Served high.

Victoria sponge cake in a glass! Stoli Vanil vodka and Advocaat custard liqueur churned long over ice with Chambord, fresh raspberries, vanilla sugar, fresh lime and topped off with lemonade.

CoLLins COCKTAILS REDEFINED

C

reated by John Collins, a bartender at Limmer’s street hotel in Conduit Street, London around 1800. Originally made with Genever gin, the drink has spawned an entire family of variants.

Some of which include: John Collins – Vodka Sandy Collins – Whisky Pierre Collins – Cognac Pedro Collins – Rum Here at LAB we have taken the classic combination of spirit, lemon, sugar and soda and updated it for the discerning drinker with our own variations.

Stoli Vanil vodka, Disaronno amaretto, fresh lemon juice, sugar and soda, served frappé with a Cherry Heering float.

A large measure of Beefeater gin, lychee liqueur, lychee purée, fresh lemon juice and LAB vanilla sugar topped with soda.

Pomegranate and mint £8.00

Berry £8.00

Pomegranate juice, fresh mint, maraschino liqueur and Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila are churned over crushed ice with lemon juice, homemade grenadine and topped with soda.

Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries thrown together with Stolichnaya vodka, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice and finished off with a splash of soda.

Apricot and Chilli £8.00

Banana and Cinnamon £8.00

Jim Beam Black Bourbon, Butterscotch, chilli sugar, apricot jam and lemon juice churned over ice and finish with a touch of Soda.

Making banana cocktails fashionable again since 2013. Gosling’s dark rum, crème de banane, fresh lemon and cinnamon syrup topped with soda.

Honey and Fig £8.00

Homemade honey water and fig liqueur combine wonderfully with fresh lemon and Monkey Shoulder whisky. Finished off with a dash of ginger cordial and charged with ginger beer.

One for the Piña Colada lovers: Havana Club 3yr rum, Koko Kanu coconut rum, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and coconut cream mixed with milk and cream then topped with soda.

An orgy of exciting flavours. Stoli Vanil vodka and Passoã double-teamed with passion fruit purée and vanilla sugar. Served straight up and chaperoned by bubbles.

A lengthy mix of Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, apple schnapps,apple and lime juices, mixed with LAB vanilla sugar, fresh mint and a crown of Goldschläger.

Mexican Butterfly £8.50

A large measure of Grey Goose L’Orange, served in a chilled cocktail glass washed with Cointreau and zested with fresh orange oil.

A flutter of elderflower and mint with Herradura Reposado Tequila, a squeeze of fresh lime and agave syrup. Straight up.

Tiramisu £8.50

A refreshing mix of Beefeater 24 gin, Suze and Yellow Chartreuse herbal liqueurs, egg white, lemon juice and green tea syrup. Shaken and served long. (We know it’s not a sour- but you wouldn’t argue with Jack!).

Jack Bauer Sour £8.50

A heavenly mix of Patrón XO Café Tequila with Mozart white and dark chocolate liqueurs, mascarpone cheese, charged with fresh espresso and dusted with chocolate. 15
