Mounting instructions for MANET sliding door Variant III - COMPACT Sliding door fixed to wall / fixed to glass
Benötigte Werkzeuge: Inbusschlüssel SW 4 Inbusschlüssel SW 5 Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher (mittlere Größe) Hakenschlüssel Art.-Nr.: 21.138 (nur bei Montage an Glas)

Schraubenempfehlung bei Montage an Wand: (Nach Wandbeschaffenheit und Dübelart bauseits) Senkschraube M6 x Länge-A2/A4 bzw. Senkholzschraube Ø 6 x Länge-A2/A4
Recommended fixings for wall installation: (Depending on type and condition of wall and anchor / wall plug components provided by others) Countersunk screw M6 x length-A2/A4 or countersunk wood screw Ø 6 mm x length-A2/A4
Schritt 1: Montage an Wand: Klemmhalter (3) nach Maßplanung an Wand anzeichnen, Dübellöcher mit Dübeln einbringen und Klemmhalter (3) verschrauben.
Step 1: Fixing to wall: Mark position of clamp mounting (3) on wall as per dimensioned diagram. Drill anchor holes and provide anchors/wall plugs. Secure clamp mounting (3).
Montage an Glas: Klemmhalter (3.8) mit Punkthalter, bestehend aus Klemmscheibe (3.9), Klemmring (3.1), Kegelhülse (3.2) mit Gewindeeinsatz und Schraube (3.3) am Glas verschrauben (Inbusschlüssel SW = 4 mm und Hakenschlüssel Art.-Nr. 21.138 / max. 15 Nm). Abschließend den Deckel (3.4) in die Kegelhülse einclipsen.
Fixing to glass: Secure clamp mounting (3.8) with single-point fixing comprising clamping washer (3.9), clamping collar (3.1), tapered bush (3.2) with threaded insert and screw fastener (3.3) to glass (using 4 mm Allan key and hook wrench Art. No. 21.138 / max. tightening torque 15 Nm). Then clip cover (3.4) into tapered bush.
Schritt 2: Die Klemmhalterbacke (3.6) mit dem Aushebeschutz (3.5) mittels der Schraube (3.7) vormontieren. Klemmhalterbacke (3.6) hierbei lose nach unten hängen lassen. Laufrohr (2) einlegen, Klemmhalterbacke (3.6) wieder nach oben drehen und Klemmhalter (3) positionsrichtig endmontieren.
Step 2: Pre-assemble the clamp mounting jaw (3.6) with antilift device (3.5) using screw (3.7). Allow the clamp mounting jaw (3.6) to hang down loose. Insert tubular track rail (2), rotate clamp mounting jaw (3.6) up again and secure clamp mounting (3) in the correct position.
Schritt 3: Türstopper (1) links und rechts auf Laufrohr (2) vorfixieren, damit die Tür bei weiterer Montage nicht von Laufrohr (2) rollen kann. (Inbusschlüssel SW = 4 mm).
Step 3: Position door stops (1) for the left and right on the tubular track rail (2), pre-fix to ensure that the door is unable to slip from the tubular track tube (2) as installation proceeds. (Use 4 mm Allan key).
Schritt 4: Glas unterhalb Laufrohr (2) auf geeignete Unterlage stellen. (Bodenluft 7 - 8 mm).

Step 4: Position the glass on a suitable support below the tubular track rail (2). Leave a gap to the floor of 7 to 8 mm.

Schritt 5: Schraubbolzen (4.1) durch Bohrungen des Rollenwagens (4) führen und Anlageringe (4.2) aufstecken.
Step 5: Insert stud screws (4.1) through the bores of the carrier (4) and fit locating collars (4.2).
Schritt 6: Rollenwagen auf Laufrohr (2) aufsetzen und Anlageringe mit den Glasbohrungen (4.2) in eine Flucht bringen. Rollenwagen mittels Klemmring (4.3), Kegelhülse (4.4) und Schraube (4.5) (Inbusschlüssel SW = 5 mm) am Glas verschrauben (max. 15 Nm). Mit dem Rollenwagenwerkzeug (4.7) die Schraubbolzen (4.1) gegenhalten. Abschließend die Deckel (4.6) in die Kegelhülsen (4.4) einclipsen.
Step 6: Place the carrier on to the tubular track rail (2) and bring the locating collars in line with the glass bores (4.2). Secure the carrier to the glass by means of clamping collar (4.3), tapered bush (4.4) and screw (4.5) using 5 mm Allan key (max. 15 Nm). To tighten, counterhold the stud screws (4.1) using the carrier tool (4.7).
Schritt 7: Zunächst Bodenführung (5) durch Drehen des Einsatzes (5.1) auf die richtige Glasblattdicke einstellen. Bodenführung (5) an Anfangsposition der Schiebetür (in Schieberichtung) lotrecht unter dem Laufrohr (2)/(Abb. A) mit den beigestellten Befestigungsmitteln auf den Fußboden schrauben (Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher mittlere Größe).
Step 7: First adjust the floor guide (5) to the correct glass thickness by rotating the insert (5.1). Secure the floor guide (5) to the floor at the start position of the sliding door (as seen in sliding direction) plumb below the tubular track rail (2)/(Fig.A) with the fixings provided (using cross-head screwdriver of medium size).
Schritt 8: Türstopper (1)/(Abb. A) links und rechts an Laufrohr (2)/(Abb. A) so endfixieren (Inbusschlüssel SW = 4 mm), dass die Schiebetür immer in der Bodenführung (5) läuft. Korrekten Lauf der Schiebetür überprüfen.
Step 8: Secure door stops (1)/(Fig. A) left and right on the tubular track rail (2)/(Fig. A) using 4 mm Allan key so that the sliding door remains located in the floor guide (5) at all positions. Check that the sliding door operates correctly.
