FOOD STATIONS AND BARS To add a station to your Cocktail Package, please speak to your Client Relationship Manager. A minimum of 50 guests required for a station or bar.

Noodle Station Priced @ $14.00 per person Our Asian-fusion woks come to life with fire, colour and aromatic smells, assured to excite function-goers. Chefs will toss fresh noodles and top quality ingredients to create a selection of both Thai and Chinese noodle dishes. Two styles of dishes will be served in bowls and supplemented from our kitchens. Paella Bar Priced @ $15.00 per person The paella bar showcases the classic Spanish dish, the paella. Containing mussels, clams, smoked kingfish, chicken and chorizo sausage in a huge pan your guests can see the dish coming together before their eyes. Served in bowls from the room, and supplemented from the kitchens, this is both a great summer and winter dish. Oyster Bar Priced @ $18.00 per person (Two oysters per person) The season’s top oyster varieties will be freshly shucked and placed on ice in front of guests, making our Oyster Bar a great way to enjoy the finest oysters the Australian coastline has to offer. Matched with sauces, salts and condiments, the combination of cold champagne and fresh oysters is the perfect way to start a night. Sushi Bar Priced @ $20.00 per person The Japanese believe that food should satisfy all the senses. Our sushi bar will combine the freshest ingredients in ways that will delight both the eyes and the palate. With the freshest seafood possible and many different styles of sushi, our sushi bar is bound to impress. Antipasto Grazing Bar Priced @ $25.00 per person Antipasto means “before the meal” and is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Our Antipasto Grazing Bar consists of an Italian cold cuts selection, dolmades, chorizo and braised octopus. Grissini sticks with truffle aioli, hummus, taramasalata, baba ganoush and salsa accompany the selection.

Cheese Platter Priced @ $95.00 per platter // $9.50 per person A selection of local and imported cheese with fresh and dried fruit, mixed nuts and a selection of lavosh, grissini and fresh bread. Crackers and Dips Platter Priced @ $90.00 per platter // $9.00 per person A selection of four dips with crudités and assorted crackers. * Please note prices for platters are suitable for social functions of 50 guests or less. Each canapé platter comprises of 30 pieces. Should your event exceed 50 guests, the per person charge is applicable. Seafood Platter Priced @ 120.00 per platter // $12.00 per person Alumbra brings you the best of the fisherman’s catch. Chili salt calamari, fish goujons, fresh spiced prawns, prawn parcels and fresh oysters served with a selection of condiments including lemon mayonnaise and tartare sauce. Greek Meze Platter Priced @ 100.00 per platter // $10.00 per person Bring the taste of the Mediterranean to your event! With Keftedes (Greek meatballs), Dolmades, mini Souvlaki skewers, grilled Saganaki, stuffed vine leaves and chef’s homemade Tzaziki dip served with a selection of warm breads and mixed olives.
