DANIEL With a technology background, graduated in system analytics and scrum certified, Daniel has brought to the team a dynamic of systematic approach to customer resolution. He’s a bright young professional with experiences on Data Consulting and Equinix. His English and Spanish are fluent and he is a Brazilian native. He has been very successful in his career with Altrio and our partners, so much so that within less than a year, the partner suggested a salary bump for delivering great results. He has been with Altrio since April’21.
GISELE Gisele is a customer service professional with an MBA in International Negotiation and Foreign Trade. She is fluent in three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) and has excelled in supporting US and LATAM based customers. She has experience in large Brazilian based companies that operated internationally and got really good in establishing trusting relationships with customers all over the world. Gisele has been with Altrio since November’21.
Marcel Marcel is a young Dutchman living in Brazil. He speaks Dutch, English, French and Portuguese fluently, and has advanced knowledge of German and basic Indonesian. He graduated in Computer Science, with specialization in Tele-Informatics and Open Systems. Marcel joined Altrio in December 2018 working on customer success and operations for one of our international customers. His background in technology, coupled with excellent sales and project management skills and a drive to delight customers, has taken Marcel to multiple promotions on his current role at Altrio
RAfael Experienced and self-motivated Project Manager, product focused, committed to optimizing and coordinating processes, and experienced in troubleshooting and overcoming challenges, Rafael brings forth the ability to lead and collaborate, with a substantial knowledge and experience of over 10 years on supply chains and logistics networks. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Rafael has a bachelor degree in International Relations, and specialization in Value Chain and also in Managerial Accounting. He joined Altrio's team in September 2019 .
