At Altrad the quality of our products and services is one of the most important aspects of our business, we value our customers and our aim is to provide them with products and services which meet or exceed their expectations. To help us perform our day to day activities in a consistent manner throughout all areas of the business and to ensure that we satisfy all of our customer’s requirements all employees must operate in accordance with the requirements of Altrad Integrated Management System (AIMS). Located within SharePoint, AIMS consists of a set of rules that are defined within a suite of approved documents including; ¡ Policies ¡ Procedures ¡ Technical Manuals ¡ Work Instructions ¡ Forms The requirements contained within these approved documents must be adhered to at all times and at every work location and job site with no deviation. If you require assistance finding any documents contained within, please speak with your Supervisor or Line Manager in the first instance. Getting things right first time is of utmost importance to Altrad The consequences of not getting it right first time include; ¡ Rework costs at Altrad’s expense and erosion of profit
margins
¡ Repeat tasks affect efficiency, productivity and delays to
customer planning programs and associated milestones
¡ Reputational damage to Altrad, customers may take their
business elsewhere

DO NOT: Be aware of the cost of poor quality Report all quality incidents and rework events. All such unwanted events will be investigated and improvements implemented to prevent reoccurrence Adopt a “right first time” mentality Familiarise yourself with AIMS and the processes & requirements relative to your role Stop any job or activity which is known to be non-compliant
Undertake an activity you are not competent to carry out Carry out any tasks without fully understanding the customer specification and standards of workmanship required Cut corners and compromise standards of work
Altrad’s Management System is independently 3rd party certified to ISO 9001:2015. This officially recognises that throughout all aspects of the business there is a focus on achieving excellence, compliance with customer requirements and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
