"I really wanted something that had direct access to the beach. I’m a fitness guy, so it’s just, it’s really nice to have all the facilities, and

I told them when it’s gonna start, like when are we going to lease or start to rent. So I knew that I’m going to live here. I choose this tower since day one. I felt really home."

Masham values how the amenities at Al Jasra Residence 15 support his everyday routine with ease and efficiency.“The team has been helpful at the shortest of notices,” he shares.
Whether it’s late-night errands or being away from the building, the staff are always reliable:
“The front desk is very helpful — from small things like a luggage trolley late at night to helping with work when I’m not at the building.”
He’s also made use of the Al Shareef Holding app: “I've used it for my lease renewal. That was very smooth… no hassle.”

Ramy shares his thoughts on Abraj Bay’s prime location:
“If I would like to go to any shopping mall, it’s literally doesn’t take more than five minutes driving.”
James emphasizes the convenience of Shark Tower's location:
“The location is critical for me. I work online, so it’s easy to sit at my dining table with my laptop. There are multiple supermarkets around, my favourite Monoprix is a five-minute walk, and the beach is just there. The location is ideal for everything I need.”

The location of Al Jasra Residence 15 is one of its standout features for Masham.
“You've got great restaurants nearby. Place Vendome Mall is a 10-minute walk from here,” he says.
“You've got a bigger convenience store right across the corner.” With everything close by, he sums it up simply: “The location is definitely ideal regardless of where you need to go in Doha.”
Amila also appreciates the location of Al Jasra Residence 4:
“For me, it’s very convenient. My office and my daughter’s school are nearby. In the morning, it takes me only 15 minutes to drop my kids off and get to the office. Plus, it’s just five minutes
A Thriving Community: Unmatched Services and Support
One of the standout aspects that all tenants appreciate is the vibrant community and exceptional services provided at each property.
Ramy, when reflecting on the community at Abraj Bay, shared:
“So since I came here, I created a lot of great memories. I have a lot of friends who are living here in this tower. And some of those tenants also, they became my friends and we travel together outside. So the community here is honestly number one.”
James agrees, saying, “Living in Shark Tower has given me the opportunity to meet so many people from different cultures. It’s a fantastic environment—multicultural and social. Just a couple of weeks ago, I bumped into some families having a barbecue. I ended up joining them for a meal after my run. That kind of community spirit makes living here so enjoyable.”
Community and support are at the heart of Masham’s experience.
“My experience living here in terms of the community and in terms of the people of Al Jasra Residence has been nothing short of wonderful,” he shares.
Despite a busy work life, even brief interactions have stood out: “The small interactions I've had with the people living here shows me what a diverse community lives in this building.”
He also praises the team behind the scenes: people who are working in this building are very supportive, very helpful… they’re thoroughly professional and they ensure that whatever services they provide meet your expectations.”
Amila also highlights the importance of the community at Al Jasra Residence 4:
“What I love about this place is that it feels like home. We have barbecues by the pool with our neighbors, and my kids have made friends here. It’s the kind of environment where people care about each other, and I think that’s very special.”

Children’s Movie Night at Abraj Bay

Abraj Bay recently hosted a Children’s Movie Night, bringing families together for an enjoyable evening of entertainment. Children gathered in our outdoor screening area to watch Back to the Outback, an animated adventure filled with humor and heart. The open-air setting provided a relaxed atmosphere where families could unwind and share a fun experience.
Kids enjoyed freshly popped popcorn and warm drinks, making the cool evening even cozier. While the children were engaged in the movie, parents had the chance to connect with neighbors and enjoy the community spirit.
Qatar National Sports Day 2025

This year’s Qatar National Sports Day at Abraj Bay was a remarkable celebration of health, fitness, and community spirit. Bringing together residents of all ages, the event featured an exciting array of activities designed to promote physical well-being and an active lifestyle. The atmosphere was filled with energy and enthusiasm, as participants engaged in dynamic challenges and friendly competitions.

Abraj Bay came alive with festive spirit as families and children gathered to celebrate Garangao, a cherished tradition in Qatar. The evening was filled with laughter and excitement as kids dressed in colorful traditional attire roamed the area, collecting candies in beautifully decorated bags. The celebration was nothing short of magical, with vibrant mascots adding to the fun and spreading joy.
Tenants were mesmerized by a breathtaking fire show that lit up the night sky, adding an extra spark of thrill to the event. Face painting stations were a hit among little ones, who transformed into butterflies, superheroes, and sparkling princesses.
