The Educational Foundation of Alpha Gamma Rho is a nonprofit corporation funded by voluntary contributions and investment income. The business purpose of The Educational Foundation is to receive and invest contributed property, and to distribute such property to qualifying organizations or persons for charitable, educational purposes. These charitable and educational purposes include the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provisions of any future U.S. Internal Revenue Law).
