"At our recent National Convention, Glenn and his wife, Maggie, asked me to join them at their table located at the front of the room." said Carol Johnson, Chief Development Officer for The Educational Foundation of AGR. "Glenn was being recognized as an AGR Hall of Fame inductee, but I can tell you I felt like the winner because he is a-frontof-the-room, award-winning, big-deal kind of guy. I am always motivated by Glenn, as he constantly works to cultivate relationships and use his 'world class' sales to best serve AGR. He truly is like a big brother to me, and I am so very thankful for the opportunity to work for and with him and Maggie!"

Brother Stith received his undergraduate degree in agricultural economics at the University of Kentucky and his MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He then worked for Monsanto as Vice President of U.S. branded business, with responsibility for seeds, biotech traits and chemistry. Throughout his career, he traveled around the world to North America, Asia, South America and Europe.

Housing Resources Trust

AGR’s Housing Resources Trust Board (HRT) developed a program to help chapters defer the cost for acquiring professional assessments of chapter houses. HRT Trustees help perform assessments which cover everything from immediate needs to long-term planning. These individuals recognize industry trends and understand AGR’s housing needs.

Hrt Housing Assessment

The HRT Housing Assessment is an in-depth, professional look at the overall “health” of the chapter house and property. HRT Trustees identify a small group of companies who have broad experience and serve states in which our chapters are located. The HRT Board will match one-third of the assessment costs up to a total of $6,000. After the assessment, the chapter will be able to plan the best approach for improving their chapter house.
