In an era where leadership, equity, and belonging stand at the forefront of national conversation, ALPFA exemplifies inclusive leadership in action.
The 2025 ALPFA Convention, themed Momentum: Leaders in Motion, brought together more than 6,000 students, professionals, and executives. Over five days, attendees built skills, expanded networks, and engaged with industry-leading employers. For our partners, the Convention delivered what matters most: access to top talent, measurable engagement, and alignment with the future of leadership in America.
This Convention accelerated ALPFA’s 2030 vision: 1 million members nationwide, chapter representation in every state, and daily impact in the lives of members. By convening leaders across industries and career stages, ALPFA is building the visibility and community that turn this vision into reality.

The event brought together a powerful cross-section of leaders, students, executives, and allies from across the nation. This breadth of participation affirms ALPFA’s role as the nation’s largest and most inclusive leadership pipeline.
Students at Convention represented the full spectrum of higher education. The diverse educational pathways underscore ALPFA’s unique role in reducing barriers to opportunity, particularly for first-generation and underrepresented students who are most in need of access to resources and professional networks.

As a first-gen Guatemalan student, attending my first ALPFA Convention gave me empowerment I didn’t think possible. I came home ready to give back to my community.”
— DILIANA JUAN GASPAR, FIRST-TIME ATTENDEE
This intentional pipeline development is what makes ALPFA indispensable: we meet students early, prepare them to lead, and connect them directly to employers who can shape their futures. As these students advance, they join a broader community of professionals who continue to grow with ALPFA.
From early-career professionals building skills to executives shaping strategy, Convention offered a platform for growth, influence, and connection.
This was my first year attending ALPFA, and I had the chance to connect with many incredible people in the conference halls and sessions. It was inspiring to hear their “why” and to finally meet colleagues I’ve worked with for years but had never met in person. Having uninterrupted time to chat and even collaborate on projects was invaluable. I’m looking forward to returning next year and expanding my connections beyond PwC.
