Maximum Saltnvinegar is a barely-distributed one-off fanzine dedicated to reviewing salt and vinegar chips. MSV's short history and one-man, all-volunteer staff makes its S&V coverage the most dated and subjective around. MSV maintains the values of poorly-made zines by remaining independent, DIY, and not-for-profit (but if you're interested in sponsoring it, get at me).
