ALL SAINTS PARENT ASSOCIATION

The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is a volunteer organization that supports All Saints Episcopal School by hosting events for All Saints students, families, and faculty and staff throughout the year and by holding various fundraisers to raise money to benefit the school. This year, the ASPA will be hosting a number of special events, including: Virtual Family Bingo Night, Family Movie Night, the Book Fair, the ASPA Gala, and the Carnival.

Virtual Family Bingo Night September 16, 2022

Back by popular demand! Online Bingo was such a success last year that we are repeating that format again this fall. Join fellow All Saints families online for a fun-filled evening for all ages. Book Fair October 31-November 4, 2022

Every year the ASPA holds a week-long Book Fair on campus, which promotes a love of reading and supports the library. The entire school community may come to the fair and purchase books. Exciting events are planned all week to encourage reading as a lifelong interest. Parent volunteers work throughout the fair and also help set up and take down. Culture Festival February 21-24, 2023

The Culture Festival is a week-long festival which will showcase the broad range of cultures represented in our All Saints community. We invite All Saints families to participate by sharing decorations, photos, music, and other items from their respective traditions. All Saints Parent Association Gala Let’s Fiesta! March 31, 2023

The annual All Saints Parent Association Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. This year, we are excited to announce that the Gala will be at the Beaumont Event Centre for parents and friends of All Saints. This fun-filled event will feature a live and silent auction and other exciting entertainment. Volunteers are needed to help secure auction items, assist with student art projects, decorate the venue and promote the event. Funds raised by the ASPA Gala will benefit the school. Carnival May 5, 2023

The annual spring carnival is a much-loved event for all of our families to enjoy. At the Carnival you will find rides and activities for all ages, great food, music and a few surprises each year. Back to School Round-Up August 11, 2022

At the ASPA’s Back to School Round-Up, you will find everything your student needs to get ready for the first day of school! Each parent will want to drop by to pick up students’ class placements, create online lunch accounts, drop off student medication and immunization records with the school nurse, purchase used uniforms, join the All Saints Parent Association, get newly-designed carpool signs, and more! This event will be held in the All Saints gym. Hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for new families, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for returning families. • Website

The All Saints website is www.allsaints-beaumont.org . It contains a wealth of information about the school and is up dated regularly.

• Email

Emails are the primary method of communication between parents and teachers. All faculty and staff emails are formatted as the first initial of their first name, followed by their last name, followed by @asesbmt.org. For example,

Scootie Clark’s email is sclark@asesbmt.org. Please note the longer version is also valid (@allsaints-beaumont.org).

• Blackbaud

Blackbaud is our school management program for All Saints. It is a private and secure website providing information regarding school events and announcements, athletics and extracurricular activities, student’s grades and health infor mation, homework assignments for grades 2 - 5, etc. Parents access this site by logging into the accounts they created to enroll their child at https://allsaints-beaumont.myschoolapp.com/

The Resource Board tab on the All Saints Blackbaud site provides helpful information for parents such as the school calendar, the Family Handbook, links to forms, flyers and digital packets for school events - book fair, carnival, etc.,

Summer Reading assignments for grades 2-8, lunch app for easy online ordering, and more.

• Google Classroom

Middle school teachers post class announcements and homework handouts and assignments on Google Classroom for students and parents to access.

• ClassTag

Primary teachers post class announcements on ClassTag for parents. They will share login information with parents at the beginning of the year.

• Seesaw

Teachers in 2nd - 3rd grades will post class announcements and assignments on Seesaw for students and parents to access on the iPad.

• Social Media

• Annual Report

The Annual Report gives an overview of the past year’s accomplishments as a school community including a fiscal report. This publication celebrates all areas of the school, highlighting the three core values and the time-honored traditions.

• Donor Report

Donors to All Saints will be highlighted in an impact report that will be mailed to our All Saints community in Septem ber. This publication celebrates the generosity of many in the All Saints family, and showcases the specific ways donations benefit our students and faculty. The following organizations offer rewards programs that greatly benefit our school.

Land’s End

When buying Land’s End uniforms, visit the site at www.landsend.com and click on the School Uniforms tab. Follow the steps to “Find your School’s Dress Code” and when you choose All Saints as your school, Land’s End will donate a percentage of your purchase to our school!

Kroger

To link your Kroger Plus Card to All Saints, simply present this bar code below to your cashier at checkout. Have them scan your Kroger Plus Card, then scan the barcode, and the accounts will be linked until May 1, 2023. All Kroger Plus Cards must be re-enrolled on an annual basis.

Box Tops for Education

All you need is your phone! Download the Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of purchase. The app will identify Box Tops products on your receipt and automatically credit your school’s earnings online. Twice a year, your school will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs!

Amazon Smile

To link your Amazon.Com account to All Saints, visit www.Smile.Amazon.Com. On the top of the page, you will have an option to “Support” All Saints. Search “All Saints School Beaumont” to find us easily. A portion of your Amazon.Com purchases will now give proceeds to the school.
