Over its sixty-eight year history, the Board and administration of All Saints have carefully planned for the financial health of the school. This allows over 80% of tuition paid by parents to support teacher salaries. All Saints has also committed to regularly investing in new tools and techniques that enhance the learning process for all students. Additionally, the school provides rich opportunities for professional development for teachers. These enhancements to the All Saints experience are paid for primarily by The Fund for All Saints, our annual giving drive, and proceeds from the Gala hosted by the Parent Association in the spring semester.

The Board of Trustees prepares for future needs of the school in an ongoing strategic planning process stretching five years ahead. Capital Campaigns or other specific fundraising initiatives are organized as needed. Currently, the Advancement Office is seeking funds for the Scholarship Endowment with the ultimate goal of the Endowment fully funding our Financial Aid program. We are also seeking donations for the renovation of the interior of the Middle School building, to take place in the summer of 2023. Please feel free to call or visit me at any time if you are interested in helping to secure the brightest financial future possible for All Saints.

THE FUND FOR ALL SAINTS All In For All Saints In Honor of our Teachers

Donations to The Fund for All Saints benefit each student every year. The Fund for All Saints Campaign will begin in September this year and will conclude by Christmas break. This year, The Fund honors our extraordinary teachers. Parents may make donations in honor of specific faculty members - past and present - and honorees will be notified of dedicated gifts. In recent years, The Fund has focused on providing for technology needs and faculty professional development opportunities as well as providing enrichment materials for art, music and drama. Whether a student is receiving a new iPad or Chromebook or benefits from a new method of teaching, The Fund for All Saints enables us to secure the tools necessary for a first-rate education for each student. We invite every parent to make a gift to The Fund for All Saints every year, at whatever level fits with their family’s finances. Vital to The Fund’s success are parent volunteers who help solicit support from our parent community. Through their efforts, 97% of current parents donated to The Fund in 2021-22, raising over $265,000 for our school. Every gift regardless of size is significant and greatly appreciated. Pledges are made in the fall and may be paid over the course of the school year. Donations are also tax-deductible.

ASPA Gala Let’s Fiesta!

Beaumont Event Centre March 31, 2023 Sponsored by the All Saints Parent Association The annual All Saints Parent Association Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. This year, we are excited to announce that the All Saints Parent Association will host its Gala at the Event Centre. This fun-filled casual event will feature a live and silent auction and other exciting entertainment. Volunteers are needed to help secure auction items, assist with student art projects, decorate the venue, and promote the event. Funds raised by the ASPA Gala will benefit the school. MIDDLE SCHOOL RENOVATION CAMPAIGN Our 26 year old Middle School building is in need of interior renovation. Plans are underway to bring the interiors up to date and supportive of 21st century educational methods. We are working with the leading-edge educational interior design firm Library Interiors from Austin, Texas on plans for new furnishings, paint, foyer layout, and more. The total cost will be $650,000, and the renovations will take place in the summer of 2023. These interior updates will bring the Middle School building in line with the rest of the state-of-the-art campus buildings. Fundraising for this project has begun. Please contact Melanie Heartfield if you are interested in donating.

SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INITIATIVES Over the past few years, requests for tuition assistance have greatly increased at All Saints. The Board of Trustees is committed to making an All Saints education accessible to as many qualified students as possible. The growing Scholarship Endowment is providing funds to offset the cost of providing tuition assistance to our students.

SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT- Currently over $3.4million

The All Saints Scholarship Endowment was established a number of years ago with the generous support of Walter and Sheila Umphrey. In 2020, Sheila Umphrey gave another significant gift to the Scholarship Endowment, which increased the total to over $2.7 million. The purpose of this endowment is to provide tuition assistance for mission-appropriate students whose families are unable to afford the full cost of attending All Saints. From the Endowment’s interest and dividends we are able to provide financial assistance to deserving students each year. Named Endowed Scholarships may be established by families or individuals with a minimum donation of $50,000 over three years. Nine named scholarships have been created: The Raj Reddy Scholarship, The Parent Association Scholarship, The Low Family Scholarship, The Memorial Scholarship, The McAllen Family Scholarship Fund, The BMWL Scholarship, The Wilton and Effie Mae Hebert Foundation Scholarship, The Carla and Josh Allen, Sr. Scholarship, and The Sheila Umphrey Scholarship Fund.

SHORT-TERM SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS

We are also seeking donations for financial assistance to be used in the current school year. Financial difficulties may arise during the year for families, and funds may be made available to assist with tuition in such situations. Any size donation to the operating budget for financial assistance is greatly appreciated and granted thoughtfully to those with need.
