Long-Awaited, Hearing Nears On Comp Plan COOPERSTOWN
A
lmost two years in the making, the Village of Cooperstown’s new comprehensive master plan is to for a public unveiling at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at the fire hall. The plan, expected to identify “nodes” for possible development, will then be revised by the village trustees and approved in late October or early December. The undertaking is a collaboration of the village and Otsego Now, intended to help capture grants for the village’s highest priority projects. FROM TWO, ONE: After
