$2.5 Million Sale Sets Record For Home In Village COOPERSTOWN

ocal Realtors say Dreams Park proprietor Lou Presutti Jr. paid $2.5 million for the mansion at 10 Main St., which they called a record high sales price in the village. The nearest contender was historic Edgewater, 1 Lake St., which sold for $1.6 million in 2011, they said.
