r. Vance Brown has announced a restructuring intended to achieve “optimal alignment” in the management of the eight-county Bassett Healthcare Network and of Cooperstown-based Bassett Hospital. Under the new arrangement, Brown will remain CEO, and is handing off the responsibilities of Bassett Hospital president.
